Qozone reserves the right to withdraw any declared quotation and correct any errors or omissions at any time after placing an order with us. Qozone will display product information (displayed details and images) on our website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color.
5. After you place an order with us, we will check the validity of the order. Qozone has the right to reject or cancel any order you place with us, or limit the quantity of any order without providing any reason. These restrictions may include orders placed with the same qozone account, the same credit card, or orders with the same billing or shipping address. If we reject your order, our customer service team will try to notify you using the email address provided in your account.
6. We currently provide PayPal, credit card and bank transfer as payment methods. After payment (within 24 hours), we will confirm your order and start the order delivery process.
7. If you are not satisfied with the purchased products, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will be able to assist you with any return and refund according to the condition of the item. We accept the return email request within 5 working days after receiving your order. Returns are not accepted without the prior approval of our customer service team.
